This year, we are taking a giant leap into the future by incorporating a captivating space theme into our curriculum. Our project invites young learners to dive into the world of programming, electronics, sustainable living, and now, space science, setting the stage for innovation and creativity.
Embark on an exhilarating journey with our Smart City Project, enhanced by the new micro:bit Space Science Kit. Students will have the opportunity to explore the realms of smart technology, sustainable urban planning, and the vast universe beyond our planet. The Project
Dive into an electrifying journey with the micro:bit Smart City Project, igniting student curiosity in electronics, automation, and the transformative Internet of Things (IoT). Unleash innovation as students craft their own Smart City marvels, encompassing Smart Homes, futuristic urban landscapes, ingenious Smart Agriculture ventures and space exploration. Enrollment includes the micro:bit Classroom Resource Pack, enriching Professional Learning, immersive Online Lessons, and a grand finale at the Term 4 Expo Day.

Indulge in an array of micro:bit Smart City, Smart Agriculture, Smart Home, Smart Health and Space Science Kits. Tailored for 30 students, each resource pack boasts a treasure trove of electronic components, empowering students to infuse life into their automated Smart City dreams.
Professional Learning
Elevating the journey, our dedicated supervising teachers from participating schools will receive year-round Professional Learning, empowering them to expertly orchestrate and lead the project at a school-wide level.
Online Lessons

Guided by our visionary STEAM Instructional Leaders and overseen by their classroom mentors, these immersive experiences revolve around the captivating theme of crafting personalised Smart City Projects.
